Anwedd Consulting advises on security strategy and planning to meet our clients’ needs and provide ongoing support, advisory workshops covering both theoretical and practical aspects of secure environments and organisations.

Core to this, is a belief that good security comes from embedding a clear vision in the DNA of organisations and their projects and focusing on tangible objectives over jargon. An understanding of security objectives at all levels will bring more effective outcomes.

To achieve this, we seek to distil complex security issues into easily communicable responses and objectives that can be disseminated throughout an organisation to foster a strong common vision of security and what success looks like.

We work across a wide range of market sectors with an ever-expanding project portfolio. Our solutions incorporate strategic advice and change-management through to planning, technology and operations to provide bespoke solutions that consider current and future security requirements.

We provide strategic advisory services for organisational change, advising on how to build or reform a security capability within an organisation and improve resilience. These can either be embedded to become a temporary function of the organisation or through standard consultancy. We analyse an organisation’s portfolio and their approach to security to advise and collaborate with the client to establish a clear direction and provide recommendations for structural and policy reform.

Supporting this work, we plan for change and are geared to provide short, medium or long-term threat projection to clients as well as advice on the impact of emerging technologies, geopolitical change or company decision-making.

These services can be provided with a purely security focus or for supporting wider change management.
